Arlene Waller

20160629_091416Ever since I was quite young, I was interested in the land around me, sunrises, sunsets, natural light, and especially, the unsettled and ever changing weather patterns.
As a college student, I majored in Fine Arts with my concentration being in Photography. That gradually evolved into Landscape Photography. After I graduated, I took several post-graduate art courses at Temple University Tyler School of Art and Moravian College in Pennsylvania. I was invited to have an art show at Lehigh University. After settling in Miami, Florida, I became very involved in local photography clubs and traveling art shows. I was once chosen to have a photo mural shown at the Miami International Airport. I have had my photos published in the Sierra Magazine, and my work was shown in a Sierra Press book entitled GRAND CANYON – a visual study.  Being a runner, I often took and sold photos of my fellow runners coming across the finish line at numerous foot races in Miami, Florida.
Moving across country to Arizona was a new and very wise decision. I am now easily able to travel and photograph highly scenic areas, and  am now selling my landscape images online and in print. I have submitted photos to National Geographic, Arizona Highways , American Southwest and won ribbons from ACC Competitions. I have had my works displayed  at the Mountain Artists Guild, Tis Gallery, and will be having my work at the next PCA Gallery Show in Prescott, Arizona. My message is and has been for quite awhile: visit and help protect our now endangered public lands. They have been preserved for many years, and now, more than ever, we need to keep them that way for future generations.
I hope that you enjoy viewing my photography, and, perhaps you would like to purchase.  I have numerous other images online also, at Instagram, Facebook, Shutterstock.com, AdobeStock.com, and Dreamstime.com.They are all for sale, and I can make them any size that you require.
Thank you so much for taking the time to view my website.
